Yanzi | Our Nature Trip
Xiaojing said this season is also nice. When there are mushrooms, our eyes are focused on the mushrooms, so we don't see other things. The treasures we picked up are even more.

After working at Cangshan Hiking House, I gained many like-minded friends. When not working, we often arrange trips together.
This time, Xiaojing and I planned to set up camp deeper in the forest.
Camp by the stream
My home is under two pine trees.
After setting up the tent, we went to play in the forest. You Qinlan is Xiaojing's friend. Although we just met today, I immediately knew she is someone comfortable to be with. No need for deliberate conversation, no feigned enthusiasm. Everyone is naturally relaxed.
Finding Toona sinensis in the primeval forest is also magical. The wild toona has a very strong flavor; even the place where we pan-fried it still had its smell the next day.
The surroundings are silent. I wander in the shade, as if lying in the belly of the forest. The little animals must be resting just like us, and so are the black bears. Only the little birds are talking all night.
Woken by birds, they are still sleeping. I go for a walk in the unexplored forest.
I picked a small cluster of cream-colored polypore mushrooms. We can add to breakfast again.
