Meet near the ancient city, about 1 hour and 40 minutes drive to Muxiangping. The entire route is about 8 kilometers with an elevation gain of 300 meters, walking through alpine meadows and open ridges. When the weather is good, you can see snow-capped mountains in the distance. Suitable for ages 6 and up.

Hike Through Fern Forest
Starting from about 5 km north of the old town, the total distance is about 6 km. Walk slowly through a forest where ferns grow as lush as waterfalls, learn about various types, spores, and habits of ferns. The Kuosongping Light Hike starts from the village fields, crossing streams, white stone beaches, and forest edges. Walking in the Sky Mirror｜Dragon Head Pass Ruins Hike
Starting from Dali Ancient City to the northern end of Cangshan Mountain, the Dragon Head Pass Ruins. The hike is about 7 kilometers with an elevation gain of 400 meters, passing through mountain-top villages and fields, overlooking the entire Erhai Lake and Dali basin. The view is vast, suitable for friends with average fitness.
