Huanhuan is from Wenzhou, Zhejiang. She managed 'Fly to the Moon' for many years before starting her own bistro, 'Huanque Bistro', known for quality brunch and simple Western food. She has recently sold the shop and is learning Spanish to study cooking in the Basque Country, Spain, starting a new chapter. She used to lead outdoor activities as a balance to restaurant work, enjoying the relaxed state of being herself with travelers in nature.
