The owner of Bing's, Bingbing, is a Le Cordon Bleu pastry chef who previously ran well-regarded brunch and ice cream shops separately. The new location on Xinmin Road combines both concepts. Many well-traveled visitors have been here and given high praise.
Bingbing started in the food industry over a decade ago, learning new cooking skills on her own and independently opening several small shops, continuously improving, and now has grown into the spacious, multifaceted Bing's on Xinmin Road.
Bingbing is one example of the new independent women in Dali. Many of Dali's stable, high-quality shops are run by women, who generally possess qualities such as diligence, perseverance, and reliability. Moreover, they not only excel at work but also know how to enjoy life, leading colorful personal worlds. Hats off to them.
